How do I choose the right container size for my needs?

In general:

☞ 14 yards³ for medium renovations
☞ 20 yards³ for big projects

Can I keep the container longer than expected?

Yes, you can extend the duration on request, at an advantageous daily rate.

How are your rental rates calculated?

The rates depend on the size of the container, the rental duration and your location. Our packages are transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cash.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

Yes, we offer preferential rates for rentals of 30 days or more. Discounts also available for regular clients and contractors. Discuss with our team to optimize your pricing.

Are there additional costs to expect?

Fees may apply for: overrunning period, excessive weight (more than 10 tons), prohibited materials or change of location. We always inform you before.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A refundable deposit is usually required for residential customers. The amount varies by size.

Are the delivery costs included in the price?

Fees vary depending on your location. For some sectors, delivery is included. We always provide an all-inclusive price when you submit, with no hidden fees.

Do I have to be present during the delivery?

Not mandatory, but recommended. If you are absent, ensure access and location identification. Designate a trusted person if necessary. We will contact you 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Do you offer same-day delivery or within 24 hours?

Yes, depending on availability, we can deliver in 24 hours or the same day in several sectors.

Do you need a lot of space to deliver the container?

Plan for a minimum of 14 feet in width, 60 feet in length and 16 feet free height. If space restricted, contact us to evaluate the possible options.

Yes, we offer secure storage solutions for materials, equipment and goods. Facilities accessible and monitored to protect your assets between construction phases or out of season.

What types of compact machinery do you rent?

We rent mini-excavator, Bobcat, loader or compactor. Machinery maintained and delivered ready for use. Combined delivery possible.

Do I need a certification to operate the machinery?

No mandatory certification for compact machinery under 5 tons on private land in Quebec. Basic training recommended. User guide provided. Check insurance requirements for commercial job sites.

Is the delivery of machinery included?

Delivery varies depending on your location. If you rent container and machinery together, we optimize the delivery to reduce transport costs.

What happens if the machinery breaks down during my installation?

Contact us immediately. We send a technician or replace the equipment quickly. No invoicing for immobilization caused by mechanical failure not related to misuse.

Can I move the portable storage unit myself?

No. The transport is done by our team, to guarantee safety and compliance.

How to prepare my land before the container delivery?

Prepare a flat, stable and clear surface. Remove obstacles, rocks and debris. Place boards if the ground is soft. Check for the absence of low electrical wires and troublesome branches.

Can I fill the container to full capacity?

Fill up to the level of the walls without exceeding 10 tons. Distribute the weight evenly. Container too heavy cannot be retrieved and will incur additional costs.

How to optimize space in my container?

Place heavy items at the bottom. Disassemble furniture and structures. Stack materials in a stable manner. Break large pieces to compact. Optimal organization increases capacity by 30%.

What if I need to keep the container longer than expected?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will adjust your contract and charge for the additional period. Notify us in advance to avoid automatic late fees.

Can I move the container once it is delivered?

Containers require specialized equipment to be moved. Choose the initial location carefully. Any subsequent travel incurs additional costs and requires our intervention.
