Any damage to equipment may result in fees.

Conteneur Grand-Montréal is committed to:

• deliver the material within the agreed time frame as far as possible
• comply with safety and transport standards

However, Conteneur Grand-Montréal is not responsible for:

• traffic delays, weather, municipal restrictions, or unexpected situations
• damage caused by a bad location provided by the customer
• indirect losses (construction delays, unexpected costs, etc.)
